Industrial Wet Wipes Non-woven Fabric is a high performance cleaning substrate developed for manufacturing, healthcare and industrial maintenance scenarios. The product is made from imported high quality wood pulp + new polypropylene (PP) two-component fibres, through an exclusive ‘two-step’ spunlace composite process, combining the softness and absorbency of wood pulp with the strength and abrasion resistance of spunbonded layers, which meets the demanding needs of industrial environments for wiping materials.
Core materials and process advantages
Two-component composite structure:
Surface layer: Imported long-fibre wood pulp, providing ultra-fine fibre mesh, fast adsorption of oil, chemical reagents and other liquids.
Bottom layer: High-weight spunbond non-woven fabric, giving the material tear strength and avoiding fibre shedding during the cleaning process.
Hydroentanglement Composite Technology:
High-pressure water needles are used to entangle the two layers of material into a single one, without the need for adhesives, ensuring zero chemical residue and meeting medical and food-grade contact safety standards.
